We were so pleased with the entire construction process. Alex & Chris were so professional. Our system was a bit tricky because of a bump out on the house. They worked diligently to make a perfect fit. I cannot wait to sit on my patio in the shade. Quality product for sure!

We had the best experience with Struxure from start to finish. The pergola is gorgeous and the quality is outstanding. The personnel have all been top notch and easy to work with. Cole, general manager, was through and professional to deal with. He was always prompt with responses to questions and reached out several time during the process to make sure we were up to date and satisfied. Mike and the installation team were meticulous. They showed a lot of respect for the project and our property. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and they worked diligently until everything was perfect. We are so happy with our pergola and with Struxure and the team who worked on our project. We highly recommend them!

We had a difficult space that we wanted to cover for an entertainment area. The Structurex team made for us a beautiful pergola that opens and closes to ensure we can still use the space in rainy periods. We are thrilled with the quality, sturdiness and look and feel of the patio area now. The hidden features such as excellent drainage which is unseen are excellent. We also love knowing the rain sensor will automatically close the ceiling if rain is detected protecting electronics such as outside TV. We are outside enjoying this space nearly every day!!

These guys are the best. We had two systems installed and have no regrets. We enjoy our outdoor area literally in all four seasons. Cole and his team worked with us to find the best design for our budget, and never tried to up-sale. In fact he voluntarily found a few ways to reduce costs. He and his crew stayed on the job until we were satisfied, no questions asked. Trust does not come easy for me, but trust is what you can rely on with StruXure of the Triad. You will not be disappointed at the quality and service they provide, and you will be the envy of your neighborhood. Give them a call!

We engaged StruXure of the Triad to plan and install a new pergola for our backyard patio. The entire team was excellent to work with from inception to installation. Their sales and consulting team was extremely helpful in the initial design of the project and helped us to select the best options and finishes for our Pergola X. Communication throughout the process was great and the installation team was highly professional. There was very minimal disruption during the installation process and the quality of the Pergola X system is phenomenal. We would highly recommend StruXure of the Triad to other homeowners or businesses looking to add a high quality pergola or covered space to their structure!
